What we collect and why

When you contact us via the enquiry form, email, phone, WhatsApp or Calendly, we process your name, contact details, organisation, how you identified yourself (client, partner, expert or investor) and the content of your enquiry in order to respond.

The lawful bases we rely on are legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and running the site), consent (optional analytics or embedded scheduling, if enabled), and contract (where we go on to work together).

Cookies

This site does not currently set analytics cookies. Essential cookies may be used only to keep the site working.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal data. We use a small number of processors to run the site and respond — for example email delivery and Calendly — who act on our instructions. Enquiry information is retained only as long as needed for the conversation or engagement, and to meet legal obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email touch@atamanconsulting.co.uk. You may also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
