What we collect

When you contact us by form, email, phone, WhatsApp or Calendly we process your name, contact details, organisation, how you identified yourself and the content of the enquiry so we can respond. If we work together we also keep client records needed to deliver the engagement. We do not run analytics or marketing pixels on this site.

Purposes and lawful bases

Legitimate interests or steps before a contract — to respond to enquiries. We do not rely on a tick-box consent to answer you.Contract — where we go on to work together.Legal obligation — tax, accounting and regulatory records.Consent — only if we later add non-essential cookies or marketing, which we do not do today.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed for the conversation or engagement, then for any legal retention period. Coaching session notes for individual clients are kept for 12 months after the programme ends, unless the law requires longer.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. Processors who help us run the company and this site include Cloudflare (hosting, DNS and security), Amazon Web Services (email), Google (fonts), Microsoft (productivity files), Hostinger (where a service is hosted there) and Calendly (if you book a call). International transfers are made only where UK adequacy regulations apply or an IDTA / UK Addendum is in place.

Where we process personal data on a client’s behalf, the Data Processing Agreement applies.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email touch@atamanconsulting.co.uk.

Data protection complaints

You can complain to us directly using the contact form (choose “Data protection complaint”) or by emailing contract@atamanconsulting.co.uk. We acknowledge each data protection complaint within 30 days, investigate it without undue delay, and keep you informed of progress and the outcome. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
